What is the hottest promotional item out there?
We hope you are asking us this question to make conversation and not thinking about how you might want your logo on it if it’s cool enough! We know what you’re thinking – “why wouldn’t I want the hottest promotional item?”.
It’s funny you asked! It’s not that you shouldn’t want the hottest item – we are more interested in delivering a strategy and an advertising message that will help you grow your business.
This requires a longer conversation with us to talk about the strategy behind whether the “hottest item” is the best way to accomplish your goals. Contact us by filling out this form so we don’t waste each others time.
What kind of “cheap” products do you offer?
That’s the funny thing about this industry, everyone has a different definition of “cheap”. For all intents and purposes, let’s assume you mean “inexpensive” – of course, since “cheap” means low quality (unless you like that sort of thing 😉 ).
So back to the various definitions of *ahem* “inexpensive”…it’s all relative to you, personally: your situation, your budget and/or what you think!
While you may think that $2.00/item is inexpensive, someone else may think that that is too expensive.
At the same time, 1000 products at $0.50 turns out to be the same as 250 products that cost around $2.00 a piece.
To help avoid confusion, giving us a budget range for your promotion and/or products can help.
No, we are not trying to max out your budget, rather, we use these figures to determine how to best utilize your budget for your promotion.
What are over/under runs and is my order subject to them?
Over runs and under runs are industry standards that can help aid in quality control. Sometimes, suppliers of ours will “over run” your order to make sure their printing press is printing at an optimal performance.
When your products are run through the printing press, quality control goes through all the pieces and will only ship the pieces that printed well.
What is “Vector Art” and why do I need it?
When it comes to placing a logo on your promotional products, you want to make sure your logo has the best quality possible so that the logo can be resized without distorting the image. Vector art will help you accomplish this.
CorelDraw, EPS and PDF files are accepted.
Other file formats are generally not recommended and may not be supported. These files are called “Raster” based graphics (.jpg, .png, .tif). These raster graphics are made of pixels and once the size of the graphic changes, the pixels become more prominent in the image.
The reason vector art is supported is because it is made up of mathematical shapes, angles, points, lines and color values making them easy to scale without losing resolution or becoming pixilated.
